1. About Shri Sanatan Setu

Shri Sanatan Setu (shrisanatansetu.com) is a home-puja booking service operated as a sole proprietorship by Poonam Sharma, based at Plot No-2, (2-D), Kh. No. 32/20/2, PP No-0751, Gemini Park, Najafgarh, New Delhi-110043. By creating an account or making a booking on this site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We arrange for an associated pandit ji to perform a selected puja at your home, along with the puja samagri, setup and post-puja cleanup, as described on each package's page. Package inclusions, duration and price are as shown on the site at the time of booking.

3. Service Area

We currently accept bookings only for addresses within Delhi NCR. Your address pincode is checked at booking time; we may be unable to accept a booking outside our service area.

4. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed only once full payment is received via our payment gateway, Razorpay. You are responsible for providing an accurate address, date, time and contact number for your booking.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

6. Prashad & Dakshina

Prashad for puja and distribution, and any dakshina offered to pandit ji, are entirely at your discretion, given directly and in person. Neither is processed, collected or refunded by Shri Sanatan Setu.

7. Your Responsibilities

Please ensure safe and reasonable access to your home for pandit ji and our team at the scheduled time, and that the details you provide (address, contact number, date/time) are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or inability to perform the puja caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

8. Reviews

You may leave a review after a completed booking. Reviews should reflect your genuine experience; we may remove reviews that are abusive, unrelated to the service, or otherwise inappropriate.

9. Limitation of Liability

We take reasonable care in selecting pandit ji and arranging samagri, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from a booking. Our liability in connection with any single booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your booking applies to that booking.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
