Information we collect

When you create an account or make a booking, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and the service address/pincode for your booking. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google. We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details - payments are processed directly by our payment gateway, Razorpay.

How we use it

We use this information to confirm and fulfil your booking, assign pandit ji, contact you about your booking, and to show your own booking history and reviews back to you. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Sharing

We share the minimum necessary booking details (name, address, date/time) with the pandit ji assigned to your booking, so the puja can be performed. Payment details are shared only with Razorpay to process your payment. We may disclose information if required to do so by law.

Reviews

If you submit a review, your name and review text are shown publicly on the relevant puja package's page.

Data security

Your password is stored in hashed form, never as plain text. Access to booking data is limited to what's needed to run the service.

Your rights

You can view your booking history any time in My Bookings. To request a correction or deletion of your personal information, contact us via the Contact Us page.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; changes take effect when posted on this page.
